Hours of Operation:

Monday.           9:00-6:00 pm (Parent Feedback and Supervision bookings)

Tuesday:           9:00 - 7:00 p.m 

Wednesday:     9:00-7:00 p.m.

Thursday:         9:00 - 7:00 p.m.

Friday:              9:00-1:00 p.m.

Booking:

 

• Appointments can be scheduled by calling the Harmony office (780) 427-6669, or email michelle@harmonypsychology.ca, and your call will be returned within one business day. A 15 minute free phone consultation is provided to help determine if Harmony is a good fit for your child.

• Consent for Services- If parents are separated or divorced, both must consent to services, unless a court order is in place which directs decision making to one parent. A copy of the court order will be required for review before services commence. 

 

Fees and Payment:

 

• Please note that the Psychologists Association of Alberta (PAA) has raised the recommended fee schedule for Individual psychological counselling to $235/hour effective January 1, 2025. This fee will apply to all new clients.Payment is due the day of your scheduled appointment.  Payment may be made by e-transfer or cheque. A receipt will be issued, which can be used to submit to insurance coverage that you may have. ​​Direct billing is not provided.

Psychoeducational Assessment:

 

• Hourly rates vary depending on the service. A rate will be quoted during initial phone consultation. Please note that report writing, test scoring and telephone calls are billed at the hourly rate. Payment is required once the assessment is complete.
